Residents and staff recently welcomed Sarah Le May, High Sheriff of Hampshire to the Nightshelter.

The High Sheriff spent the morning touring the Nightshelter and chatting to staff and residents. The residents chatted about their experiences of being homeless and how the Nightshelter is helping them to get back on track and make positive steps forward.

Michele Price, Chief Executive of Winchester Churches Nightshelter commented: “We have really enjoyed having Sarah Le May with us today. Eight of our residents chose to stay on this morning to meet the High Sheriff and chat openly about their experiences.”
